What if you don’t find the bug?
That’s rare — but honestly: if we can’t narrow down the cause in the initial analysis, you still get our documented findings and a clear proposal for the next steps. You never walk away empty-handed.
What about access and data protection?
We work under NDA on request and only with the minimum access required. We only touch sensitive data as far as fault-finding strictly requires.
How fast is it?
The initial analysis usually delivers a diagnosis within a few days. For an acute outage, express help is possible.

Yes. After the diagnosis you get a fixed price for the fix — the initial analysis is then credited.
